MGH Chelsea Adolescent & Pediatric Practice | MassGeneral Hospital for Children

i am really disappointed with MGH chelsea with Nursing staff over Pediatric, we took our daughters to clinic yesterday, Nurse brought in wrong vaccination. once we decline Flue shot she stormed out and never return to our exam room. we had to request Nurse to return to our exam room. i avoid going to clinic over MGH Chelsea. Doctor wad great.

I called to make an appointment for pediatrics for my twin little sisters, they haven’t been seen considering since they throw the appointments 6-10 months away and never mind the fact that COVID was active and seeing patients over a phone call is not considered a checkup! You don’t see me complaining. Your hire named Reneese or Berneese was extremely unprofessional & rude. Definitely switching hospitals as this wasn’t the first or second straw with MGH Chelsea. Do better honestly. Done with this hospital.

Someone named Lindsey from pediatrics left a voicemail cancelling an appointment. We called back to ask for an explanation and were told that things happen to take our business elsewhere if we're unhappy. Wow excellent hire MGH

Today I had a bad time, in the pediatric department the resectionist on the right side, the one on the right hand, at the entrance she didn't want to attend me, thanks to her coworker who was by her side was able to have an appointment... maybe look at this comment, I'll be Indian... but not ignorant, treating someone else badly is part is ignorance.... Peace

They are ALWAYS running late.one time I had to wait for almost two hours with no prior notice or call. It’s so frustrating.
