I recently decided to indulge in some self-care and treated myself to Botox again, this time opting for Dr. Kaufman for the procedure. After having previous treatments from a nurse at a wellness center, I was eager to see how this experience would measure up. Let me just say, I am absolutely thrilled with the results! It’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Every time I catch my reflection, I can’t help but smile! ENT Dr. Hauser professional opinion that the reason my tongue has become extremely sensitive to spice, tart, and sour foods, along with multiple fissures is because I’m fat. I’ve gone to a general Dr. and dentist they never said anything like that. They referred me to an ENT for treatment. He is fat phobic.

The operator that answers the main phone can't even figure out what doctors work there. Went there personally October 11th to suite 202 to see Dr woo needed to have a 6-week follow-up. Tried to call the number and the woman swore up and down there was no such doctor there wouldn't even connect me to it or her supervisor or just connect me to suite 202 where I was in person. Maybe they should pay more than minimum wage to answer the phone. The woman needs fired.

Dr. Stepnick is the greatest Dr. I've had the pleasure of going to for the last 7 yrs. He literaly saved my life. By time I got through with other Drs. "3" to be exact. I was in stage 4 throat cancer. Dr Stepnick is not only easy to understand, he explains things in terms you can understand & will answer your questionsin the same way. He's very caring & knows what he's doing,not guess n see, I went from seeing him daily to weekly,to monthly, now every six months. And not like my other Drs. , I actually look foreward to seeing him. Going to schedule my appointment now. If your looking for a Dr. in his field,you won't find better.
