Avenue at Lyndhurst Care and Rehabilitation Center

My mother in law was transferred to the Avenue for rehab. From day one we were met with the best energy. From the admin and support staff to the dietary aides everyone handled my family with care. I have to give an extra special thank you and 5 star review for Kadaya RN, Pam And Shyla. I would definitely recommend/choose The Ave at Lyndhurst 👏🏾

I have volunteered to stay with a few hospice patients who resided at the Avenue at Lyndhurst Nursing Home. Their rooms were always clean and a good size, there was a flat panel TV up on the wall, a refrigerator, and a shower stall. The families are allowed to bring personal belongings, flower pots or to hook up a DVD player to the TV. The facility runs activities for those who can walk, such as bingo. At mealtimes the patients were fed by spoon if they couldn't feed themselves. The nurses and aides were responsive to the call lights. It’s a nice place to be at if you have to, as far as I am concerned. I can recommend it.

Avenue at Lyndhurst is outstanding, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive care. They treat residents like family—always respectful, patient, and genuinely invested in their well-being. The therapy services are excellent, and the nurses and aides are incredibly responsive and kind.

they staff suck not all but they're very rude and disrespectful to the clients they sometimes don't get changed for hours nor get the food to them hot it be cold and they get the breakfast at like 11 12:00 pm lunch at 2pm I encourage people to really just pop up and just on the family that's in memory care and on the skilled side ADL SIDE I don't know how they're treating them But I know for sure how they treating these clients in memory care an skilled side. they always under staff people push the help button and gets no help for hours because of them having no staff just 1 or 2 aids or none at all and just nurses

I recently reached out to your facility regarding short-term rehabilitation for my grandma. During this process, I had the pleasure of speaking with Bianca in Admissions. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns—even when I spoke at length. Bianca explained the process clearly and made everything feel manageable. Thanks to her guidance, my grandma and I had a smooth experience, and she was able to return home with excellent care.
