Tried to pre-check in on the computer and the red-headed pharmacy tech called me a smart-ass! I work in customer service, and if I did that I would be fired on the spot! I have her name and I will be following up with corporate. She needs more training, minimum.
Pharmacy staff keeps their cool even when short staffed or the customer base is challenged.
This store is filthy. Inside, there is disarray. Outside.. gum on the sidewalks and leading into the store. Whole bags of trash on the parking lot. Trash bins overflowing. It seems like Corporate doesn't care and will be closing this store soonoverflowing.
This CVS is always so busy yet still very helpful and kind. I appreciate that!
Isabella. Is the pharmacist? Yes, yes, she makes sure if you have any questions she'll answer and She makes sure that all of the customers are taken care of. All the workers do a very good job back there.I can't say anything more.Just keep up the good work
