It’s not often I write a review, but when I went online to recommend Metier Pharmacy to a coworker, I saw the wildly inaccurate and off base comments from “Bridget D” and was compelled to respond. I have been going to Metier Pharmacy since 2016. Randle and his staff are the best! Professional, knowledgeable and always take the time to provide me with warm, friendly, individualized service that I do not get from a big box pharmacy. I have referred many people to the pharmacy because I am so confident they will receive the same top notch care. Randle and his neighborhood pharmacy truly make a difference by providing quality one-on-one care to customers and supporting the community. Staff was rude and unwilling to assist a patient in need who's repeatedly got bad medication from this pharmacy. Pharmacy admitted to sending the patient on a "run around" with no intention of actually fixing the problem for the patient. As a doctor who is recommending patients to come here the referrals I give are a reflection of my business. Extremely disappointed with the way my patient and my staff were treated despite sending lots of business to them. Needless to say I wont be sending any more business here until they can improve their customer service and patient experience.

The customer service and treatment I received at Metier was far superior to anything I encountered from any medical establishment. Rebekkah was so kind and helpful and continues to be quick to answer any questions or address my needs in a timely manner. I am so grateful I found this place. The drive is worth it to me because they make everything seamless and they go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel cared for.

Metier has always been a pleasure to work with! They are personable, caring and understanding. They are fast and efficient, and the entire team is fantastic. I recommend 10/10
