Dr. Heisler and staff are amazing. Their communication is extraordinary, not only in person but via the portal not only does the staff respond in a timely manor the provider responds immediately as well , that not so common these days , it truly shows how much they care about their patients. Cesar is absolutely amazing . Dr Heisler has a busy practice but when you're not feeling your best she truly shows she cares about your health and wellbeing she listens , understands & empathizes offering you an emergent appt, I am so appreciative of her and staff i couldn't have chosen a better neurologist or a group the care I have received has been beyond compassionate . This is the exact care I would want everyone to have for experience.

Never disappointed with anything at this office. Check-in staff is prompt and professional. Wait time is always no longer than maybe 5 minutes. Cesar is always great. He always communicates well and very professional . Dr Heisler is great at what she does. Since day one I have been very pleased with her care. Awesome staff

Caesar called prior to my appointment and went over my medical history to save time. The office staff were very friendly & quickly checked me in. I hadn't even sat down a couple of minutes & Caesar whisked me away to weigh & take my vital signs. When he was done, he told me the doctor would be in shortly to see me. Again, I maybe waited a couple of minutes, and Dr. Heisler came in and introduced herself. She asked me a lot of questions and was very thorough with her assessment. When she was done, she told me she was ordering some medications and wanted to see me in two months. Again, I didn't wait more than a couple minutes to get my follow-up appointment, and by the time I got home, my pharmacy was texting me to notify me they had received my prescription. Dr. Heisler is an outstanding Neurologist who is passionate as well empathetic in providing the best possible care to her patients. She is extremely competent, and dedicated to meeting the medical needs of her clients. I have had migraines for many years and on a ton of medications that were not controlling much less reducing my migraines. Once I started seeing her she started deleting meds and adding new ones that are more effective and have reduced my ER visits for break through migraines! She listens to her patients and she treats the whole person! She is the Best Doctor I have ever had! The staff at Methodist Physicians Neurology Specialties is outstanding as well! They are always friendly and supportive every time you walk through their doors which definitely reduces blood press

Dr. Heisler is very proficient in her field as well as very helpful in trying to help assess my complex medical conditions. The other staff in the clinic are very helpful and friendly. They exercised great patience and care trying to help me check in and sign documents as I was experiencing tics/muscle spasms.
