What a horrible experience. Staff was lacking in skills. Cancer surgery and we were expected to go home 2 hours after surgery. My wife needed observation 24hr, But they would not accommodate us. Bleeding from surgery. We would not recommend that hospital

I am a nurse and was outraged at the lack of respect for their pts at this ER. I took my mother there for chest pain because it was the closest ER to her house. First of all, we waited in their ER for over 3 hours without having an EKG done. Second, at around hour 2, I guess one of their ER nurses' family comes in through the ER front door and the little boy, her son, has a visible rash on his neck. This lady has the ball to say in front of everyone "Come with me sweetie Dr. ____ will take a look at this real quick." Are you kidding me? Talk about priority of care. She could at least have them come in the back door instead of rubbing it on our faces! I asked for the charge nurse who dismissed my concerns with annoyance. So third: I will never go there again! Thank God my mom was not having

I would rate negative if I could. Took my wife in for a dog bite ( severe gash on her hand/finger).... It was our dog, and a total accident, but besides that..... I take my wife in.... We waited 4 hrs with her in increasing pain... They initially washed her wound and wrapped it in gauze.... By the time she was seen... The gauze dried to her wound.... And when we did get a nurse to see her .. the gauze was tugging at the open wound. She was FINALLY given injections for pain ( I and around the wound.). The Dr waited for over an hr and a half before he returned to stich her up. Needless to say, the local was wearing off. The last 20 minutes was VERY painful for her. He wouldn't give her more local... They did set up an appointment with a hand surgeon the next day. THANK GOD FOR THAT

Service was slow, there wasn't a sense of emergency. They attended all patients with the same slow pace. On top of that billing is extremely expensive. No wonder why some people rather die before going to the ER.

I must say you don't deserve this! Nothing about this hospital is worthy of providing basic adequate care. All of the staff needs people training first before we talk ever again. I am worse off that when I came in. Honestly when I went home I looked like I've been in a brawl. I'm still trying to piece my life together.
