Methodist ER De Zavala Rd.

It was a great experience. I’m a nurse and I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. They were quick and explained everything before doing anything. I highly recommend this ER.

My 14 year old son broke his arm in a Football game yesterday and I took him here. The entire staff was amazing. The doctor, the nurses, radiology and even the security. They were all so very kind to my son and it helped him relax. He’s never been seriously injured or hurt so He was pretty nervous and in a lot of pain; I was freaking out! They were busy but they kept checking on him, asking if he was ok and if he needed anything to keep him comfortable. The doctor was very attentive, as well as all of the Nurses. Thank you to all of the nurses for your kind words, kind hearts and your wonderful care. My son wanted to make sure I left y’all a 5 star review :) I would definitely take my loved ones here again if I needed to. Absolutely wonderful staff and care here. Thank you all very much fo

Dr. Baden… worst experience EVER! You need to learn some bedside manners! We went seeking help and got NOTHING! My daughter was bleeding and was given dry gauze and paper towels to hold the bleeding. Really! And when we asked if she was getting stitches he said “for what? Because you don’t want it to look ugly?” Really! No! Because she’s bleeding that’s why! Where’s the compassion??? Excellent experience from start to finish! I was seen immediately upon arrival with no wait time.I felt well cared for and informed. Staff was very friendly especially nurse Pam Gopalan she was very helpful, Thank you so much, I would definitely return here if needed!!

Staff was professional & efficient in meeting my care needs. May need u a refill in the near future . Would have preferred to pay 90 but the 180 is worth my health thank you care team at care now. Vhunt
