I went to this hospital after experiencing our apartment being burned down and wasn’t feeling well and had some minor burns. The nurse was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful! But the PA! I don’t remember her name. I’m trying to find my discharge paperwork and when I find it I will edit this comment. She had red hair and her bedside manner was the disgusting! She kept asking me questions trying to put me on the spot. I smelled like smoke and told her I was feeling so sick from it. There was even another nurse that was a guy that took me back and he was so worried because I was so clammy. I asked the PA if I can get something for my burns and she said “oh that’s nothing, there nothing I can do about that.” We were staying at the Red Cross and they have given me some burn cream but it didn

Came in tonight with my youngest son because he had a very high fever and he was very congested. They got us in quickly and took care of him immediately. I was a little emotional about my son, but the staff here was amazing and one of the nicest squads I've ever been helped by. Thank you all so much.

While we were seen rather quickly and I have used their services quite a few times I do have one issue.. I should be able to walk out AMA without a CPS/APS report being filed. If you choose to use the facility make sure you stay until discharged or you might be accused of abuse or neglect. Walking out against medical advice is supposed to be your right.

We were attended with a lot of patience and care. The registration process was made easy with an online call. The doctor and nurses were very gentle and quick and informative.

My CHILD was in extreme ear pain, had previous fever and we have been switching her on ibuprofen and tylenol. Doctor told us to keep doing the pain medications and the pain will go away. Any infection should be taken seriously and treated. And kids can build a pain tolerance to medications. He refused to try and clean out her ear, to see if she had an infection. Had to drive to a different hospital to get treatment for my child and yes it was an ear infection. Not happy, terrible experience! They do not care.
