Methodist Cardiology Clinic of San Antonio - Metropolitan Gateway

Just had my first visit to Gateway Metropolitan. Everything went well! Convenient, free parking. The staff at the check-in desk was polite and thoughtful. The aide in the exam room was pleasant and knowledgeable. Appointment with my new cardiologist, Dr. Jenkins, was very rewarding; He was especially patient and attentive.

A one star rating is too high for Dr. Muse. He got defensive when questioned about a treatment plan. Didn’t bother to explain just said, “ you manage it;” “you guys manage it;” referring to my mother’s condition and walked out. This was not the first time treated this way by Dr. Muse, but it was the last time.

Dr reddy is the best ,also id like to say that everyone on his team from the front desk to the nurses and all the staff there and lupe i cant ever forget u ,you are all what goes into making a nice and pleasent experience at the Drs office ! Thank you all ! You are all very much appreciated,ive been going to dr reddy for years and im happy with how im treated here ! Hope u all have a wonderful day!

Well, visiting the facility for my appointment. I talk to the office people at the front disk very helpful. Very professional. They even help me with my papers, Which the other people they don't do that and if you ask him. They seem to be bother than, but not at Dr. Font office. All the nurses have nice added to and very professional and Dr.Font he explained to you and very professional a place like this makes you feel welcome.

Nurses and administrative staff at Dr. Movahed's office make everything I say seem important to all of them. If they are having a bad day, they don't take it out on me. This certainly relieves a lot of tension. Thanks Dr. Movahed!!! I recommend this doctor to everyone.
