FYI,,,,This is Mercy Urgent Care. This facility is absolutely useless. I am here from out of state, had a little sinus issue and was in need of an anabiotic. After having my vitals taken which were all normal their doctor told me that I needed to go to the ER. She indicated I needed bloodwork which is something they don’t do there. That seems useless. So save yourself a trip and go straight to ER.
Bad service. Went to complain and they told me u have no one here to complain to. Asked for a supervisor. None available. Ask for a phone number for supervisor and they gave me a number that didn't work. Called the main hospital and got nothing but a run around. Went to ssm and they were great. The doctor at this clinic is a joke. Could care less about the patient and same goes for their staff.
Dr. Chen or Chan has no bedside manner at all. I'm so done with St. Anthony! ! I'm tired of there rude unprofessional staff!!
