Mercy Hospital Ardmore

Zero Stars isn't available.. Don't recommend this place., but it's the only hospital. Couldn't walk for a week and received nothing for the pain. Avoid Dr. K Hunter and the head nurse didn't catch her name African skinny lady. Just go elsewhere or catch another shift the staff the cared for me didn't I came in with level 10 pain not walking and left in level 11 pain. The staff is just horrible. Maybe it was the tattoos or the blonde hair and blue eyes but I never get the care I need from any hospital in my Lifetime. I'm 44 years old and God I'm in so much pain after the hopping and hobbling today spent 5 hours there as well. Just avoid the place if your able It's the next day and I'm in same boat I was in can't walk dying in pain. All of the staff didn't care. Came in for a non over the co

So Friday night my son broke his tibia and Fibula playing football and he’s a wrestler, senior year. The closet hospital was Mercy Hospital in Ardmore Ok. After an ambulance ride there the Mercy staff took over and was absolutely amazing. Even after his surgery and change over. Every medical professional was just that very professional and caring. They made Erik feel at home and this life changing process much easier. So I thank the medical staff at Mercy from ER to outpatient. Thank you 🙏

9-11-2025 I struggled with posting these pictures for a couple days but think it is totally insane for a hospital to be this filthy and allow this condition to exist. Saturday Aug, 30th, I was admitted into Mercy Hospital of Ardmore Oklahoma hospital. I was initially admitted into room 530. Stayed pretty sedated for a couple days but from what I remember, room 530 was nice and mostly what you would expect from a hospital. I believe it to be the next day; I was moved me to room 524. I had been unable to get out of bed mostly during my stay so I was somewhat unaware of my surroundings. Starting on Monday, was told Mercy Hospital is not a long-term hospital so I needed to make other accommodations for my care. It was said so many timed it seemed like a threat. Care was fine and staff was nice and courteous. The reason for the two stars is that before care was given my wife was handed a bill and asked to pay 927 dollars before treatment. While she laid in the ER bed in pain The administration staff thought asking her to pay a bill was appropriate. Like come on help the person First then ask for payment.

My wife and I scheduled our Mammograms together. I was told my US would be during her Mammogram so we wouldn’t have to delay. Upon arrival this was not the case. When I approached and mentioned I was told that is just how it was scheduled, no apologies. When I was called to the back I was informed it was a staffing issue from the rad tech. Also the last time we had Mammograms we sat in a different waiting area more conducive for Women’s Care. We will no longer be scheduling at Ardmore Mercy but will be scheduling at OKC’s Coletta for our breast health. In OKC we are treated as valued patients and have immediate follow ups with onsite Radiologists. We were not told when to expect results. Our results were sent through MyMercy a day later, mine remarking 5 small cysts. We still have not rece
