Very friendly staff— Dr. Rushing was very kind and patient with both of my kids, 5 & 2 year olds, explained step by step what he was going to do so my kids felt comfortable during their first visit.

When I called to schedule I asked if they took my insurance they said yes and I asked if I’d have to pay anything out of pocket and they told me no I even asked if my glasses would even be covered and they said yes halfway through my child and I’s appointment they told me my appointment not including my glasses would be roughly around 80$ and when I asked why since they told me it was covered(I asked nicely and didn’t raise my voice was just confused) so she said one second and walked out when I heard women in the hallway talking about how they hope I could pay, then a bigger more aggressive woman came in and said “cash, check or card” and I asked once again to explain and she just said they tried to call me so I checked and it was never in my call logs so halfway through I had to cancel m

The most kindest staff. My daughter has used them since she was 6 years old. Been wearing glasses since she was 2. I do miss the office in Healdton. Ardmore is just as good. They don't push glasses on kids like one doctor does if they have soonercare.

Doctor didn't listen at 1st because thinks he knows more than you, but he came around. He will work to get your prescription just right.....wait, times are long!! You can get an appointment fairly easily though. Selection of glasses are very limited

Everything was great the doctor was great the lady who helped me pick up my glasses were great. When I went back to pick up my glasses the little girl behind the counter just gave them to me and asked me to sign a piece of paper, I said okay am I going to be able to get these fitted and she said well if you need well anyway it was very difficult to get this out of her and she acted like I was stupid for asking to be fitted with my glasses. She then said that they were short-handed today and I said well okay kind of? Then I said well I've just never been to a place where they hand me my glasses and don't try to fit them to my face then she said well I don't know till you put them on hatefully and I said okay anyway it was a very horrible experience I called back to ask if I could speak to s
