Wow, I am impressed. Not only by the kindness (from everyone) and cleanliness I experienced from once I stepped into the clinic, but the accuracy and efficiency was on point! I went in at 12:28 pm and was out by 12:58pm Now that's a win 🏆 I did register online for an appointment by phone, only 45 minutes prior. 5☆s I will not hesitate using this clinic again, and will feel confident in recommending to anyone in need of urgent care, or otherwise. Oh, did I mention this was even on a holiday... Happy Fourth of July 🎆

After my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. I went in for a persistent cough and a rapidly spreading rash across both cheeks that was beginning to cover my face. I expressed my concern that it might be poison ivy or sumac, as I’m highly allergic. The doctor on call seemed dismissive when I shared this and acted as though my symptoms were exaggerated. When I requested a steroid injection, something I’ve needed in the past due to the severity of my reactions, I was told I could receive it “only this one time,” and Zyrtec would need to be taken as well. This interaction made me feel as though my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. Within two days, my condition significantly worsened. The rash spread to my entire face, neck, stomach, and back. B

bathroom is dirty and the toilet won’t flush, no face masks available, I was getting a blood test and I been told by the nurse they are out of Blood Collection Tubes? I feel like I’m in a third world country, someone is not doing their Job. Nurses on their phone instead of helping patients and move quicker. A waste of time and money. No soap available either In the bathroom. No sense or urgency.

I arrived at 12:35 for a 12:40 appointment and was informed the clinic was running behind. I completely understood and asked to wait in the car since I had my toddler with me. By 1:00 PM, I still hadn’t received a check-in confirmation, so I went inside to ask. The front desk staff said we were “already checked in,” but when I returned to the car, the system reflected a 1:02 check-in time. It appeared that multiple walk-ins were seen before us, despite the clinic’s stated policy that appointments are prioritized. At 1:40 PM, we were finally called back—along with another patient which has never happened before in my experience. When we got to the exam room, there was a used disposable pillow still on the bed. I don’t usually leave bad comments but this is the second time I do. I made reservation Tuesday through online I pick 11:20am. I arrived the facility 11:14am. It’s my first time making appointment in urgent care Ardmore so I have to fill out some information and signed some papers. but after I finish the paper works that takes only 2-5 minutes to fill out the forms. Then I waited for a while in the waiting room to be called. It feels like I’ve been sitting in there for an hour. They finally call me past 12pm. Then when I get to the room to get check what kind of virus or sickness I have. They tested me for flu and covid because I’m running fever. I have to wait again for my result the nurse came past 1pm. I don’t know the exact time but I know it’s pass 1pm because we went straight to CVS
