Caring staff, not condescending towards self paying customers who have limited budgets, unlike EVERY other veterinarian in the area I contacted for help with an injured stray cat. We were treated with kindness and caring. Things were explained clearly. Highly recommend this place.

Hands down Dr. Crabtree is the best she went above and beyond to help our girl out she is the best she explained everything to us and worked with us to stay in our budget. I would highly recommend her we can't thank her enough for helping our fur baby

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience so other pet owners can make an informed decision. I trusted Dr. Elizabeth Crabtree with my pet for a routine spay/neuter procedure, something that is generally considered low-risk. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. After the surgery, my pet experienced complications and did not survive. While I understand that no procedure is ever completely without risk, the lack of empathy from her left me feeling misunderstood and unsupported during an incredibly painful time. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but based on what happened to my animal, I personally would not return or recommend this doctor for spay/neuter procedures. This is the best vet office I have ever had! They care so much about my fur babies and never complain about my constant questions. It is also clean and friendly environment.
