Mercy Health Urgent Care, Fairfield

Treatment was okay, but the front desk told us we had to pay $240 up front because of our insurance. We let them know that this could not be right, but paid the fee to be seen. Many many months later we see that insurance did pay, but we were never reimbursed. Calling about this leads in circles. I started calling 2 months ago. It has led nowhere. I guess when they overbill they just get to keep the money?

I was treated so kindly and respectfully from all of the staff even though I was an emotional wreck. The provider who saw me, Zach, actually listened to me and I trust that I’ll feel better soon. I’ve been to 2 providers before him and I’ve stayed sick for 2 almost 3 weeks. Here’s to good patient care and relief soon. Absolutely go here.

Facility is clean and modern. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out fast with a prescription that solved the issue. I will definitely be coming here anytime I need a urgent care visit.

I have been to this facility and I will say Barbara at front desk was outstanding with help and friendliness, Michelle having taken me into room was very professional with the way she took care of me,and Zack,was ABSOLUTELY,INCREDIBLE you couldn't have asked for better care..would recommend this facility highly!
