Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

Very disappointing experience. We had a confirmed appointment at 5:30 PM for our 4-year-old, who had a very high fever and cold. The clinic closed its doors at 5:00 PM, and even though we arrived just two minutes late entering from the driveway, they refused to let us in. Despite explaining that our child was sick and very young, the staff said she was “fine” and asked us to come back the next day. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of empathy. Worst staff experience we’ve had.

Don't bother going here. These people are more concerned with getting your insurance and getting you out the door than actually helping you. It's incredible how quickly she dismissed everything I was telling her. The ego these nurse practitioners have to have to think they know how your body feels better than you do is insane.

Entire staff at this clinic were helpful, friendly and kind, A grateful.experience when you are not feeling well anyway. A thumbs up for their caring professional in an obvious difficult line of work!

The office is run very efficiently. We were seated in a room within 5' of arrival, after booking an appointment online. The staff are friendly. Great health care, too. Overall, the visit was wonderful.
