My dog is 13 1/2 years old and was showing signs of being uncomfortable. I took her in to get an idea of what was going on. She had a thorough check up. We addressed her pain issues. They were very caring and compassionate, and the issues are now manageable. My pup is looking more comfortable. So I’m very grateful for the staff. I’ve been with Barrett Station for well over 30 years and through the changes, the care and compassion are still there.

Barrett Station’s new location is top notch! You walk in to an open, happy space. There are dog treats, cat treats, and a coffee station to your left. Reception folks greet you and your (nervous) pet right away and take their weight. Minimal wait time. Both the initial lab tech and the doctor were incredibly friendly (I almost wanted to ask if they were always this nice!) The doctor noticed my dog was a bit nervous and said, “I notice a bit of anxiety, so we can do the exam on the floor.” Barrett Station has been my vet for probably 10 plus years, through my cat days and now with my pup. I’ve moved to Richmond Heights, and STILL use them. Actually, I’m living part time in Chicago also and will continue to use them as my vet. Highly recommend. Both the vet tech and Dr. were comforting to my dog and to me. They were willing to answer all questions and took time to discuss the health of my pup. Thank you so much for your care .

The veterinarians at Barret Station Veterinary Clinic are consistently professional, compassionate, and truly wonderful with my dogs. My mini goldendoodle, Obi, recently developed a cough. At first I assumed it was allergies, but when it began to worsen, the clinic quickly scheduled us with Dr. Neidenbach. She took the time to listen to my concerns, gave Obi a thorough head-to-toe exam, and prescribed medication to help ease his cough. She was so gentle and warm with him, and she clearly explained what symptoms to watch for and when to reach back out if things changed. I highly recommend Barret Station Veterinary Clinic. Every veterinarian I’ve seen there has been just as excellent as the last. I always feel reassured and confident that my dogs are in the best hands.

Barrett Station Veterinary Clinic has the best vets and most caring staff in town! Dr. Wieland is always so gentle and thorough during my dog’s wellness exams, taking the time to make sure everything is addressed and that we feel comfortable. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and truly compassionate. Their new office is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. I wouldn’t trust my two dogs with anyone else!
