Century Orthodontics

We had a great experience at the Century Orthodontics Manchester location! The staff was friendly, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable during her visit. Everything was explained clearly, and the appointment was smooth and on time. Thank you for the excellent care!

Dr. Cavanaugh is probably one of my top 5 favorite people in the medical field all across the board. He is super friendly and personable, and remembers everything and everyone. Very thorough and even goes above and beyond what he’s there to do. I love this whole doctors office! The receptionist at the Manchester location is always always so positive, happy, and welcoming. She’s actually turned a couple of my bad moods all the way around. I seriously love that woman so much!! The little contests and coloring they have on a regular basis is always so fun too! Usually they get us in and outta there so quickly I don’t even have time to finish my coloring page!! Highly highly recommend for all your orthodontics needs!!

I love going there with the wonderful customer service that is given. I’m glad they are able to take care of my nephew and give such an awesome experience.

This office IS and WILL ALWAYS be who I refer people to that need orthodontist work. My daughter was a patient here and she loveddddd this place and I loved them too. Fast forward to NOW, I’m a patient. Majority of the staff is still there from many many years ago when my daughter was a patient. That alone speaks volumes. Dr C is THE BEST TO EVER DO IT! Very patient, friendly, and a jokester. He will crack some jokes thruout your visit if you’re nervous. So basically forget the rest and come to the BEST!! Dr C for the win!

We were very pleased with our experience at Century Orthodontics. Dr. Cavanaugh was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. We were able to get started right away, which was wonderful. My 9-year-old was a little nervous at first, but the entire staff was so kind and reassuring that she left feeling excited about the process. Dr. Cavanaugh knew exactly how to address our concerns with her teeth, and we feel confident moving forward. Overall, a great experience—we highly recommend Century Orthodontics!
