Mercy Convenient Care - 10th Avenue

Good experience today. . Ashleigh, the PA was fantastic. Leslie and Jill were superb. I was in and out in 25 minutes.

I have not needed to go in awhile. Thinking back on the times I did, the service there was very good and I feel the people there were thorough from the desk to medical staff and that they gave me top notch medical assistance with compassion and attentive to my medical needs at the time.

Was sent here by my OB office to do my labs because their lab computer was down in their office. They almost drew my blood before even conducting my glucose test and when I came back to do my test they told me I was too late and I had to do my test again. But we went ahead and sent my labs in and my doctor was completely okay with my results at my normal office. The nurse also when they were drawing my blood stuck me wrong and dug for my veins in my arm and wouldn’t listen to me when I told them that my left arm is my better arm for drawing blood. The way I was treated was very rudely and they caused me a lot of pain in my arms afterwards and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone

I don’t know if it’s this city or the hospital itself. The people here are nice, but both times I have come to the hospital/clinic it hasn’t been a good experience. First time around, they put my DOB in wrong and so I had to call the hospital to get it fixed for medication and then got transferred and hung up on twice. This time around, they took about an hour to tell me there was nothing majorly wrong with me. They didn’t keep me updated or let me know when someone would be back, but I could hear laughs in the office next to my room. I had to step out to ask someone for assistance or answers.

Thank you so much Donita! She is really on top of her game along with the nurse Ashley and front desk Michelle. I always come here when my littles are sick because it takes a while to get into the pediatrician office but man. My little man has pneumonia and they really took care of him. You can tell they actually care and get personal with you. One happy mama as always when I come here! I also come here for myself and I feel well taken care of always.
