Mena Nursing Assistant Training School

I was enrolled in another CNA program in which I was failing. Mostly because I didn't understand their method of teaching. So I Quite! A friend told me about Mena, I called and spoke with the Director of Mena and explained my concerns. She was very patient with me, and explained their program. I registered for the next session. When I started, right away I understand their method Of teaching. The Instructor took time to thoroughly explain things to make sure we understood before we went on to the next chapter, and I appreciated that. I went on to take and passed both parts of my State exams. THANKS TO MENA!

I simply called to enquire about possibly touring the facility before I take my skills exam at this location. For starters the person who answered the phone didn't even identify that this was the training school, I could barely understand what she was saying, and she flat out refused to let anyone who is not a student of the training school tour the facility. I would call the persons conduct over the phone rude and dismissive. I'm paying money for this exam and I would like to at least see the facility beforehand. I don't think that is unreasonable however the staff at this "esteemed" stripmall store front school seem to think otherwise..
