I got a physical done with Melissa. She ordered routine blood work and said she would call to talk about the results. I missed the call and I called back and the secretary said Melissa left a message saying that my cholesterol was borderline high and to "eat fruits and veggies". I asked to speak to the doctor directly because the message felt impersonal and I wanted to understand the bloodwork and Melissa refused to talk to me, telling me to make an appointment. So telling me I had to pay to discuss my routine blood work because I missed her call. It felt truly unfair. So I took my blood work to a different primary physician office and they were completely floored when I shared my experience with Melissa Sauter. I am glad that I found another practice who took the time to discuss my blood
