Meijer Pharmacy

Everyone here is always so helpful with insurance issues and trying to take care of things. I've been coming here for years, and even though meijer taking away their app has made things more difficult the customer service is so helpful.

This location is HORRIBLE! You call ahead of time, they will tell you your scrip is ready, that is a lie. You can schedule an appointment, and call to confirm. They will not honor it. They are dishonest liars, who provide substandard service. @Meijer should be ashamed to allow them to operate in the building.

I have to laugh at all the negative reviews from people who don't know how to use a pharmacy. Call before you go to make sure your prescription is ready to be picked up. Even if they said it'll be ready tomorrow after 2:00, call first. If they don't call you to say your prescription is ready to be picked up, pick up the phone and call them. Many pharmacies will not tell you whether they have narcotics in stock, that's common practice now. Do not expect to pick up your script 20 minutes after you drop it off, or have it called in. Your poor planning is not their responsibility. This pharmacy is absolutely the worst and the employees are brain dead. First, I had 2 prescriptions I needed for an eye issue so I don't lose my eye sight. They filed one and didn't bother to tell me they were out of the other one or offer to see if another meijer had it. I had to beg them to see if another location had it, as I need it, and got an attitude about it. Then the infection spread to both eyes and I needed more drops, which they did not fill the refill, said the directions on the script say I shouldn't need more yet. They told me to call the doctor to change the script to the new treatment. I did this, and they still said they can not fill it, as I'm literally running out. I always went to Meijer pharmacy for my prescriptions and refills when I lived by there. They were never the best not even close but I always got what I needed and they always had respect. Until today. I’d rate a 0 star if I could. The woman Janet at the pharmacy was VERY disrespectful! Had an attitude, made me late for work, said my prescriptions were ready but had to wait 30 minutes for 1 to be filled! She took her time as she knew I had to leave. If you’re looking for a nice, responsible, trustworthy pharmacy. DO NOT go to this place!
