Meijer Pharmacy

Riley in the Pharmacy was so helpful making sure my mom would have her prescriptions in time to head to Florida! Appreciate her checking the dates and making sure they were set!

Meijers discontinued app wasn't very good, but their attempt at replacing with an HTML based prescription service ion their website is a complete disaster. Try to do a refill, and it just kicks you completely out requiring yet another login with a phone text security procedure. What a joke. Who makes their customers put up with such crappy service, Meijers!

Pharmacy manager, Naomi, is the most unpleasant pharmacist you can ever face. She doesn't act with common sense and just creates her own rules and regulations. I submitted a complaint to corporate about her awful behavior, and I'm glad there are many other pharmacies to handle my treatment other than Meijer and their staff. Never again.

The pharmacy staff LITERALLY has NO IDEA what they are doing! I suspect this is because there is little direction from the leadership team and no communication between all of the staff as far as I have experienced. I have had three separate instances this week alone that were absurd at best! 1.) They did not fill an Rx for me, but sent a text that it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, they told me it wasn’t ready because they needed “instructions from my doctor.” 2.) I was picking up an Rx for someone else and the pharmacy tech told me no refills were available. I then found out it was just that the technician didn’t know where to look for it. I asked to speak to a manager during the attempted pick up and one was not sent over. Only another technician came over who had the same response

I dropped off a prescription today and the pharmacist was rude from the very beginning. Seemingly irritated my address wasn't correct. She told me to return 45 minutes later, which I did. I stood in line until I was asked to step up to the register by a man. He said he needed to check on it and walked away. The same rude lady storms up to the window and asked me what I was waiting on. I was immediately thrown off by her attitude and the interrogation. I stuttered because I did not quite understand her question. I told her I dropped of the prescription and she told me to come back at this time and here I am. I told her that I had a root canal done a few hours ago and I did not know the specific name of the medication that was prescribed by the dentist. She then accused me of cutting everyon
