Meijer Pharmacy

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for over 20 years, but the customer service has significantly declined. Staff including the manager have been quick to place blame, and provide excuses rather than simply apologizing for any inconvenience caused. Communication has been poor and staff give conflicting information. Unfortunately, the overall experience feels increasingly unprofessional over the last year and staff are lacking in empathy. I hope the store management addresses the customer service issues; this pharmacy used to provide reliable service.

Michelle provided GREAT Customer Service to me during my recent drive thru visit by getting my prescriptions processed very quickly in a friendly and professional manner and I really appreciate it! Thank you Michelle!

Unfortunately the pharmacist behind the counter are very rude. They're snippy with you and talk down to you as if they hate being at work and having to get paid to help individuals with medications. Ever since I've transferred to this Pharmacy I have had nothing but difficulties getting my prescriptions filled because pharmacists like to play doctor. numerous occasions they've talked to me wondering why my prescription is what it is and feuding over the number of days between prescription refills because they cannot count. also they seem to purposely never like to stock their generic brands and screw you over by having to pay huge co-pay because name brand cost so much ,can't tell me that's not rigged

While the service was okay I am very upset that when I asked about weight loss being a symptom of my medication I was told it was a sign of cancer. Very upsetting to have someone tell you that without being a doctor or knowing your history.
