Meijer Pharmacy

This pharmacy's employees are always the best to interact with. I've had stock issues which is to be expected for my meds, but every other pharmacy is a pain to call and mash 0 on the phone a hundred times before getting forwarded to the wrong department and sent 10 different directions before finally getting to speak to someone. 1 min phone call, immediately someone checked stock, sent my script in and had it filled within minutes of them receiving it. I'm in between jobs so I had no insurance, and the person that handled the transaction (wish I asked for his name) went above and beyond to take care of checking through discount cards I had to find me the best deal. I appreciate you for that, and the rest of the staff for the timely fulfillment of the script.

Their communication is absolutely atrocious! I have my prescription fill monthly and it takes several days later and a phone call to get it filled. The only reason I have/had used them is my script is cheaper. I’ve been more than patient with them, but it’s the same broken record every month. I’m out🤷‍♂️

Very rude pharmacy and the drive through window is way too tall if your handicap. The prescription was also handed to me lose, not in a bag which seemed tampered with. Just moving pharmacies based on today's experience.

I don't understand people criticizing the odd layout of the drive thru (yes, it is, but if you can't navigate it, then you shouldn't be driving in the first place) or the functionality of the app- that's not an issue of this specific Pharmacy, that's an overall Meijer issue. That said, I've never had a problem here. Always accurate and timely (I visit 1-2x a month.) and they're always friendly. Any delay I've ever had was due to it being the first day on earth for the person(s) ahead of me who either never filled an Rx before, or had some unique issue that they should've cleared with their medical provider and/or insurer prior to coming in. Remember with the negative reviews, there's always two sides to every story.

This was my first time getting medication at this pharmacy my doctor called it in and I was driving from the doctor office to pick it and went to the pharmacy area when I got there told this is my first and ask did my prescription that this doctor ordered go through they said yes one was ready and the other was being worked on it will be about 15 minutes and I sat down by the pharmacy area and I timed it and it was done in 18 minutes then I was called to the open side area to to pay for and get my prescription the price I paid for was good better than price that professional pharmacy in Caledonia charges Plus they were nice and answering my questions because I have other medications that I take and they went through and explained after I told him which medications I'm on and how far apa
