Meijer Pharmacy

My wife and I tested positive for Covid. Our doctor gave us a prescription for Paxlovid. My wife uses Osco for her prescriptions, I use Meijer. The cost at Osco was $370, the cost at Meijer was $600. When I questioned the price at Meijer the pharmacist said there was nothing she could do and I should go to Osco. When we got to Osco the pharmacist said she would check if she could find a coupon to lower the price. She found a coupon and it ended up costing $0.00. That's right FREE. She only had one in stock so she printed the coupon so I could go back to Meijer and get it for free. I will be changing my pharmacy to Osco next year.

The technicians are incredibly helpful, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind — it makes picking up prescriptions feel easy and stress-free. I appreciate how they take the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions without rushing. You can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for great service and trustworthy staff!

I’ve encountered multiple prescription errors at this Meijer Pharmacy—specifically when Jazmin and another team member process orders. Each mistake has forced me to drive back to the store, costing me extra time and gas, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I recommend they implement stricter accuracy checks and consider a goodwill gesture—like a gift card or waiver of copays—to restore customer trust.

I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Most of the staff is indeed rude. Perhaps they are overworked. They've made mistakes which caused extra work on my end to resolve. Most recently, they issued me the wrong dosage of medication so when I returned the obviously- unopened package within the hour, the tech still asked me twice in her annoying, condescending tone if it was used. And YES they seem to be often out of stock. I have many more grievances about this pharmacy but I'm so done with them that I don't even care to waste any more time. I do NOT recommend this pharmacy.

I cannot recommend Meijer Pharmacy highly enough! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions are filled accurately and on time. They take the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful advice without ever making me feel rushed.
