Never come here to get braces, they don't know how to do it, why are they confident enough to open a dental clinic! Wasted my money and time for 2 years, instead of making my teeth more beautiful, my teeth became more crooked than before.

The people who work at the front desk have no personality, aren’t very friendly towards customers. How can you attract customers without being kind towards others? The dentists aren’t much better.

This place is honestly a joke. Did what I thought was booking an appointment online by hitting the “book now” button next to the service and selecting a day and time that showed as available and hitting the “book” button. Two days before I thought I was to go in, I got concerned I hadn’t gotten a text or email reminder so I called the office. Was told that they “don’t really book appointments online” and that I didn’t have an appointment nor was there one available til next year. The receptionist very unapologetically explained that “booking” an appointment online their website is just a request. If that’s not ridiculous enough, even if they was the case, no one from the office ever responded to my “request” There’s plenty of dentist offices out there. Choose one that’s not run by lazy, in

My experience is my own.. so take this review as My experience. It was great and honest. Dr. Chen and a dental hygenist (she was great, but i don't know her name)did my cleaning. This was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. They were punctual, thorough, clean and pleasant. 10/10 recommend.

I have had my dental work done here since June 2017. Personally, I prefer the Bloomingdale location in Stratford Mall because it is bigger, newer, and more modern. I usually see Dr. Ho who is absolutely wonderful. This man is extremely kind, gentle and patient. His peaceful & patient demeanor helps calm me down even when I don't think I am nervous. Their prices are very reasonable.
