I have been coming here for over 20 years. New Optometrist Dr JAFFERY, I learned a lot from his shared expertise & testing equipment was all new & amazing to me.The staff is always knowledgeable willing to help. Clean my glasses, fix a screw when needed. Lori’s is very friendly, experience & she leaves a good impression. I truly would recommend coming here.
The ladies are so wonderful and are always willing to help when searching for the perfect frames that match my face. Lori has been my girl since I first started coming here and trust her completely when finding the best frames for the year!!
If I could I would give this place CERO ! stars. I got my glasses and never used them. Went for a follow up and they still were no good. Dr. Carlton smell like cigar and was sloppy in his treating a new patient ( me ) I will NOT recommend and I will not return. Run away from this place. Go to iDoctor 322 Army Trail rd. in Glendale Heights . That’s how an eye care facility should run and be like. You will leave your appointment 100% satisfied. I did. I’m only sorry I didn’t know about it sooner. Forget For Eyes. 👎
Lori and Joe always make looking and ordering glasses so smooth. They brighten everyone’s day and I always love going in and seeing them!
