With only a very short wait, staff was welcoming and efficient. Diagnosis and treatment were accurate and timely. My prescription was ordered promptly and was already waiting at my pharmacy shortly after my Duly visit. Thanks to all for the fine work.

This place is amazing. The nurse Brian is the sweetest, most empathetic and caring nurse that I have actually interacted with. Doctor Frederick was also extremely kind and attentive. They took me in really fast and made sure me and my baby were ok.

I came in because of acute back pain that wouldn’t go away just by taking Tylenol. I felt that there was something else wrong. The wait time was adequate and the service was also adequate. They had to do a CAT scan to make sure that there was nothing more serious (like a tumor), and the wait time to get into the imaging room was very short. After the procedure, the email time for the doctor was also short. The doctor indicated that there was no tumor but probably a herniated disc. The results posted in MyChart indicate that only an MRI would she more light into the gravity if the herniated disc but the doctor did not indicate when I should have the MRI done. Dr. Jandhali and the whole team during my procedure are good. 4stars 🌟 Dr. Koita is a great D.O, 5 stats 🌟, however, the staff at the front desk is not nice non-professional I needed pre-op clearance, the ENT sent them a letter stating the need for the clearance and the date that was needed. Dr. Koita’s office never gave me a call to schedule the appointment. I walked to their office to be seen 5 days before surgery and told me they could not see me for a pre-op that only lasted 10 minutes. The waiting area was empty (see picture) The telephone and voice mail systems have not worked properly since Duly took over. All of the staff was 100% so kind and helpful. They had amazing bedside manner. But, I made an appt in hopes that helps me with walk in’s… as it should. However, I still had to wait behind every walk in. My appt was 6:20, i arrived at 6:05 as it stated it should, and I didn’t get seen until 7:15. That’s insane. What’s the point of appt times if you can’t be seen? The wait was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
