Meeker Endodontics

I was suffering through pain leading up to the holidays. They put me on the top of their waitlist and called me back. During the procedure the doc and his assistant was keeping me informed and was very friendly. The doc was being very meticulous and making sure his work was complete. I'm very greatful for this team!

The dental care I received was patient-centered and thoughtful, though they ultimately couldn’t complete my root canal and I lost the tooth. My 1-star review is for their office staff. I paid several hundred dollars the day of the procedure. I apparently still owed a balance after my insurance was billed, but this was never communicated to me because the office was sending my bill to an incomplete address. A quick glance at their copy of my driver’s license or the paperwork I completed would’ve confirmed this was the case, and I would imagine they were receiving my bills returned undeliverable. Instead of taking ANY steps to ensure they’d communicated with me that there was a balance due, like calling perhaps, they sent me to collections! That was how I found out I owed them money 😡

I had my first root canal due to a broken tooth. I was a bit anxious but the staff and Dr.Meeker put me at ease! Mayra was so professional and explained all that would happen. Dr.meeker was gentle and caring. By the time I knew it, it was all done. I was anxious for absolutely nothing! If I ever need to have a root canal again, I will drive the two hours again and go see Dr.Meeker! I will definitely refer my friends and family should they ever need a root canal! Thank you again Dr.Meeker and staff for taking care of me!

Terrible experience at this office. I had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm, but when I arrived 30 minutes early as they requested, I was still in waiting room after 17 min past my appointment time. When I went to office staff to ask how much longer the wait would be, they told me to wait 15-20 more minutes. But I ended up waiting 67 min altogether after my scheduled appointment time plus 30 min early arrival. The staff never provided any updates or communicated the reason for extremely long wait. This was a complete waste of my time and showed a complete disregard for patient schedules and time. I left the office without seeing doctor. Extremely poor management and customer service. One star is being generous.
