MedStar Health: Urgent Care in Waldorf at Festival Way

The young man who did test on me. His performance and professionalism was respectful and knowledgeable. The rest of them I have no comments. I was thought to be quite if you don't have anything nice to say about someone or an individuals. I just know I came in for help with very bad chest pains. I explained to them it felt like someone was standing on my chest and the pressure was bad. The nurse/ doctor or whatever she was. Discharge me and said their nonthing else they can do. Stated they could not do the blood work. She stated I needed to driver to the hospital. Someone highlighted on form To go directly after leaving them. Also stated if my pain get any worse pull over and call 911 to come. As I exit the front desk I could not find my phone. So lady at the desk let me call my son

The front office staff were amazing, caring and patient. They were professional and helpful with everything I needed and any assistance with signing in. The location and office it's self was spacious and up-to-date equipment. Thank you so much for assisting me today and will recommend this office to others in and around the area!

My husband fell on the ice and broke his arm (confirmed by the onsite x-ray). The staff and doctor were very understanding and accommodating, and ensured we got his prescriptions quickly. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with the online registration. Highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I came in alittle after 8am and I got myself checked in. Their check-in system is pretty easy since you answer questions on your phone. Then around 8:45 I was called back where the nurse got me set for the doctor. It wasn't a long wait for the doctor to come in and assess my situation, while asking me questions. The whole process was quick. I would definitely reccomend going to this facility over Patient First where you could be waiting for 3hrs before you see a doctor...
