MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Arundel Mills

I had a great experience at MedStar Urgent Care, where the front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth. The medical team was attentive, compassionate, and took time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness and would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality urgent care.

This used to be a great place with quality care. The last time I was there after waiting for over an hour they pushed a telemedicine Which I accepted because I was sick and just wanted medication before I had to fly out the following day. Unfortunately, the doctor said there wasn’t anything he could give me. It was just going to have to run its course. I flew to Florida left the airport went straight to a real Doctor Who prescribed me antibiotics and medication and I started to feel better in just a couple of days. I decided to give them a chance again today made an appointment for 4 PM. I arrived before my appointment checked in the staff were very friendly. The lady doing the vitals was amazing and funny. The front desk was very good, checked me in very quickly....and the Nurse and Doctor were amazing and communicated very well! Also so did the x-ray gentlemen! He was very informative and let me see the x-rays after. He was very comforting with saying how often a simple fall can cause a lot more then we think. Everyone was great! I appreciate the staff at the Hanover location!

Medical staff was excellent. Thorough, and genuinely cared about my well being. The person at the check in desk could not have been worse. She couldn’t lift her head up from the fame on her phone to acknowledge me, and simply muttered check in at kiosk. Beyond rude. But again, the care I received was excellent.

Things went a little slow at the front desk,but from the time I was called in the room , everything went very well. The nurse was very caring. The Doctor was great. Everyone did their best to make me comfortable. I can surely recommend this practice to anyone. Thanks to everyone. Henrietta
