ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Hanover

We are new to the area. My spouse and I were both seen here. Things moved quickly, the dr was extremely helpful. We left with the script in hand . Best urgent care i have ever been to. Clean and not busy. Front desk was unusually helpful and kind! So pleased.

I went to this location yesterday for ear pain. The medical assistant was super nice and helpful. I got tested for flu, Covid and strep. The PA came in looked at me and immediately diagnosed me with Eustachian tube syndrome without even looking in my ear. He said if I had an ear infection when he tugged on my ear I’d be jumping and I didn’t at that moment. Then he finally did and just said it looked a little irritated but that’s from the pressure. He prescribed nasal spray that might not get approved by my pharmacy. I went home and my ear drum ruptured and started leaking. I went to patient first this morning the doctor looked in my ear and it was in fact an ear infection and my ear drum had ruptured. They prescribed augmentin and gave me some advice on what would help. I won’t be returnin

I was very disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. I had made an appointment online and arrived approximately 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time. However, I ended up waiting over 2 hours before being seen. The entire process was extremely disorganized. While I was waiting, a patient approached the front desk to ask about their wait time and was told it would be an additional 1.5 hours. Shortly after, I asked the front desk staff about my own wait time and was told that I was ahead of that patient. However, about 30 minutes later, that same patient was called up by a nurse for their appointment, while I was not. Confused, I went up to ask the front desk staff. They were very dismissive of what I had to say and replied with “I don’t know what is going on.” This was extreme

I am graduating from nursing school in less than 24 hours, and today I experienced the most unprofessional and unpleasant clinical encounter I have ever had with a medical provider. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and ultimately waited over 50 minutes to be seen. Only one other patient was called back during this time, so the delay was unexpected. The CRNP who saw me—whose name I believe was Leslie (African American woman in her mid 50s-60s)—immediately set a concerning tone. I had come in because I was worried that a wound on my leg might be developing into a staph infection. Very disappointed with my visit. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, but the doctor was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. I paid my co-pay and received little to no service, yet I was charged $585 for no clear reason. On top of that, they did not wait for insurance to process and charged me an additional $300. This is extremely unprofessional and disgraceful.
