Horizon Family Dental Care

Let me first start by saying that clinically, Priya the hygienist and Dr Bhangra were good and provided adequate care and we were happy to have found a dental home closer to where we live. However, the front desk and insurance team have made the experience of being a patient of Horizon a total nightmare. There are other recent reviews mentioning rudeness of the same staff, and unfortunately that aligned with my experience also. As a patient, I’ve had to do their job on more than one occasion when it comes to insurance or the treatment plans I’ve gotten. There’s no accountability, no real person in charge except for Jackie, who like another reviewer stated, can be oblivious sometimes. Passing the buck/blame is what they do. I’ve had a few red flags but I gave them the benefit of the doubt

Dear Horizon Dental Team, The staff at Horizon Dental has always been kind and welcoming when I arrive, and the hygienists are consistently patient and professional. I truly appreciate the positive environment they help create. However, I want to share some concerns about my recent visits with Dr. Enlow. During my last appointment to have a filling repaired, I left feeling that the work had not been completed correctly. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Enlow seemed distracted, discussing office matters with the hygienist rather than focusing on my treatment. Unfortunately, the filling later cracked. When I returned for a follow-up, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that I was blamed for grinding my teeth. Dr. Enlow left the room abruptly, and I overheard her being much more attentive

Oh my gosh! AVOID AT ALL COSTs!!! They gave me terrible service when I went in December and told me I had 2 cavities and needed 2 fillings and made me pay/book right on the spot. After I left bc my experience was so bad I called and cancelled the appt and made another appt with another dental office. I JUST left the dentist office and they walked me through all of my x-rays and said ma’am you have absolutely no cavities. In short HORIZON wanted to SCAMMMM ME and my insurance for $!!!! I’m shocked! They were going to drill into my perfectly healthy teeth for extra money!! SCAMM!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m def reporting this to The board! AVOID!!!

Went one time at a new patient when I was 6 months pregnant for a regular cleaning. Tech did multiple X-rays on me, said I had to get the X-rays done even when I asked “even though I’m pregnant?”. Dr. came in a scolded the tech in front of me for doing X-rays while I was pregnant. Made the rest of the visit very uncomfortable and I sat there and cried. The dentist then urged that I needed to come back within the next couple weeks to get multiple fillings done because I wouldn’t be able to lie flat for the fillings if I was pregnant. Fast forward to this week my son is now 15 months old, I went to a new dentist and they told me that there were no feelings that needed to be done. I don’t think cavities just go away on their own so why was the dentist at horizon stressing that I had multiple

I usually don't take the time to do reviews BUT.... This time I feel that it is absolutely the time to express my interaction with one of there employees. Her name is LILY. She works at the front desk. She was very very unprofessional and down right RUDE. She informed me that I was late to my dentist appointment which was at 9:00am and I was there 15 mins earlier so therefore I was there at 8:45am. The office changed the appointment time and did not bother to notify me. That was not the worst of it. She then proceed to inform me that I still be seen but her definition of being seen was to take X-rays... and not get my teeth cleaned since that is the reason for the appointment. A midst of all this negativity, still has not acknowledge the fact that the office was in the wrong. I am deeply
