Zero Stars – Unprofessional and Unacceptable Experience I came in for what should have been a straightforward visit regarding a yeast infection. At no point did a doctor see me. Instead, I was instructed to provide a urine sample, then handed a swab and a tube and told to perform the test on myself, following vague instructions. After submitting the sample to the lab, I waited, only to be told they could not determine anything at that time and that I would receive results in seven days. Nine days later, with no follow-up call, I reached out myself. I was then told to come back in person for my results. Upon arrival, I was charged again as if I was having a new appointment with a doctor—yet I only came for the results. My vitals were unnecessarily taken despite no new examination taking p

I was visiting plaza 2 and checking in for a diagnostic procedure. While being checked in my administrative staff, my ostomy bag suddenly began to leak. I let the clerk know and she seemed to seriously want to help me. She directed me to the nearest men's room where I began the process of removing the ostomy back and applying a new one. During the middle of the process, a security guard came into the restroom and told me that other people in the building had begun to complain about my actions. He emphatically told me that I would have to leave the restroom immediately. After explaining what I was doing, and that I couldn't just walk out of the restroom without completing the bag change, he again repeated that I would need to leave immediately.
