Medical Park Tower

Be aware you will have to pay for parking! Ridiculous. ARA does not validate.

I had to visit ARA at the Medical Park Tower location. The building was clean in the first floor hallway

This location is incredibly inconvenient for a doctor’s appointment. To start, navigating the parking lot is confusing, and on top of that, you have to pay for parking—only to find out that the ARC doctor’s office doesn’t validate, which is disappointing. Additionally, being required to pay for your appointment upfront before even seeing the doctor is surprising and feels unreasonable. What made the experience even more frustrating was overhearing the front desk staff discussing my simple question about the payment process just a few feet away from me—something that felt quite unprofessional. Interacting with the front desk was the final straw in an already unpleasant visit. Given all of this, I would strongly prefer not to return to this location.

It took me longer to figure out where to park and find a space here than it did for me to get here from my house. How are we supposed to know where the blue garage even is! Oh, the farthest place from the tower. Got it. And then I have to pay for that privilege.

The parking is easy and yes, you have to pay for it, but man, that's Austin. Medical Park Tower is nice and clean. Great experience.
