Took my great granddaughter they didn't say we had to go to the Avondale location they just said they had no appointment so your systems aren't connected? You cost me 100. 00 dollars
Dangerous conditions around outside of building. Benches have holes large enough for babies to get fingers stuck INFRONT OF PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE. Had to call 911. Rude staff refused to help and can't get ahold of maintenance.
It was nice and clean
Nice place.
They had Sonoran quest laboratories over there !
