1 star only because there is no other choice. The clinic staff is horrible , its take hours to reach them sometimes days. I’ve been trying desperately to get a medication filled for mental illness that the provider is very aware I should not stop taking cold turkey. Yet it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to know if my provider has even been notified at all that I’m needing this prescription. Just a horrible experience with the staff , my PCP is a saint and I’m certain she is not going to be pleased to find out I have been without those meds this long. I called and spoke to another clinic staff asking for their practice manager. Will make an update to IF or WHEN I get a response from the manager. Tenet is their owners , Please beware

As a military retiree, I have no choice but to have a civilian care provider. I have no issue with Dr. Aliotta, but what frustrates me is when you try to call and no one answers. This has happened multiple times and I’ve had to literally drive down to the clinic to be attended to. This is unacceptable and has happened on at least three occasions. I can honestly say did no one deserves this type of service.

Disappointed that when I booked an appointment on the 17th for the 20th of November , got a text to go online and fill out all my personal information, download my Drivers license and insurance card, then adjust my schedule for the morning of the 20th ..... only to get a voicemail a day before to say my visit was canceled and the next availability was in April of 2026 . Disappointing for a business in the Alamo Heights community.

I love Doctor Aliota. However for over 3 years the office has gotten worse and worse. I cannot get an appointment because no one ever picks up the phone. And the system won’t let me schedule online. When I leave messages they are not returned. The nurses at least used to respond to questions through the portal but that is no longer the case. I’ve never seen such a poorly managed office.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with each visit to this clinic. Greeted and helped right away. Not a long wait. Dr. Garza and the Nurses that assist are so nice, knowledgeable and make you feel like you’re not just another client. Teresa is the nurse I have had and she is just so wonderful. I always tell her she looks like my mom. The online check in process and portal are great and easy to use as well. I would recommend this clinic and staff to all.
