The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I waited a couple months before giving my review hoping Dr Alam would make things right. I had an HMO and have now changed my insurance. It took over 3 weeks before I could be seen by my PCP. I had an injury (pulled muscle) in my right hip. Was dealing with severe pain and made more than 3 attempts to get a scheduled appointment. I expressed all symptoms including loss of appetite and not being able to sleep and was not able to get in. Around the third week I called again begging to be seen. During those 3 1/2 weeks I had to go to Urgent Care and 2 ER visits. I suffered from dehydration along with loss of appetite due to how severe my pain was. I truly feel I was not taken seriously about my condition. This cost me more than I should have t

My wife and both go to this clinic and both our interactions have been positive, we have no complaints. It is close to home and they work with you easily when it comes to check ups and prescription refills. One thing to note, unlike the previous owner of the practice, no in house blood tests are given any longer, which was a nice thing to have before, but you adjust, as out sourcing seems to be the way of things now.

Dr. Alam is very personable, efficient and actually listens! Hard to find a good doctor and this is one!
