Med Prep

I took this course last year and finished it, i started working as a NAR and eventually was ready to take my test. It had been some time so I followed up with the school to receive my lost certificate of completion where they (Cheryl) told me I needed to take the course again and would not be eligible to test at all, she went on explaining in a passive aggressive way about the situation and was not helpful at all. I called and emailed the DOH and they said there should be no problem at all testing, Cheryl had been telling students that they could no longer test and insinuated paying for the whole class again to be eligible for it. I would definitely recommend this place. The program is designed to be convenient for everyone and can be completed within four to five weeks. The fast-paced nature of the program was a major draw for me. In fact, I chose this option over taking it at the community college, which would have taken at least three months just to get the CNA license.

This is the first time I give a place a bad review because I think it’s very important. I would definitely not recommend the place at all. I attended the place a few months ago and had the worst experience. From the front desk staff to the owner they lack professionalism and understanding. They don’t care about the students at all. The front desk lady on the first day told me “if I hear you speaking Spanish I have no problem in kicking you out”—mind you I had not spoken Spanish and it was my first time going to the place to get the information of the program. I was amazed but let it slide because I needed to get my license before summer. I took the class while the book materials were taught through zoom and I feel like the material was covered very well. The instructor always allowed time for after class for any questions. The demos on zoom was very helpful for when we got to the in person labs. All the staff that I have met are very welcoming and try to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. I would highly recommend Med Prep to anyone looking for CNA classes

Jess and Stephanie are the best instructors! Jess did a great job teaching class and I really appreciate how direct she is and her teaching style. Stephanie is super sweet and always makes sure to answer all student questions. As someone who works full time and is also a student I really liked the the class is on zoom and then there are 4 days of lab. I feel very prepared to begin working as a CNA and I feel prepared for testing as well. Thank you Jess and Stephanie!
