Meah Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I’ve been going to Dr. Meah for past few years and I’ve had great experience in every single visit. He is a fantastic doctor and very thorough with his work. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist are always warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Receptionist (female, did not capture name), lacks overall customer service, and comes across unfriendly/a matter of fact towards clients (can come across as codenscending). She is quick to tell clients to turn down/off phones very directly/unpolitely (even when phones are extremly low and no clients in waiting room) despite clients having NO CHOICE to listen to irritable background music in waiting room/front desk (recommend a more neutral background music - almost went outside to wait). Additionally, this facility is hard to call and actually speak to a representative versus constantly getting a recording, that may or may not immediately respond to inquiry. DON'T GO HERE! I mean that with all sincerity. I am a veteran and I was sent here by the VA. I have never been made to feel like a number when getting care in the community. However, this experience was so bad that I remain traumatized by the disregard for my concerns and anxiety in relation to dental care or the pain I experienced while receiving care. The dentist did not follow his own plan of care and told me that if I was that sensitive, then I needed to go to a dentist that specializes in sedation or take something for anxiety prior to going to his office. When I attempted to schedule an appointment according to my referral and the dentist's plan of care - I was informed by a very rude receptionist that the dentist had instructed her not to make any more appointments for me at this

Highly recommend Dr. Meah. I've been a client for 4 years. He and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Meah is thorough, and addresses my concerns individually. He's easy-going and relatable which makes the visit really pleasant. He rebuilt a chipped tooth for me a few years ago and I can't even tell which tooth it was bc he did such a fantastic job matching the shape and color to my other teeth.

I’m a veteran and I’d like to share my thoughts/feelings about Meah Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was met with a warm, professional greeting. I waited only a brief period, and when I was called to head back, the dental technician escorted to my seat, and was friendly as well! Dr. Shihab Meah was as polite and professional as it gets! He was extremely friendly, and explained (in detail) every step of my treatment, how well I was brushing, as well as areas of care I should focus on. Again, all in a respectful, professional manner. I don’t recall ever having a more personal dental experience than that of Meah Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
