The staff kept telling me I had an insurance with a different company when I’ve had the same insurance for the past 8 years. They were supposed to call in a prescription and never did. It’s now Friday afternoon and there’s no way to get a hold of them till Monday. It’s OK I only have bronchitis. No big deal, right? The staff was ridiculously scattered.

Been going here for over 10 years, no non sense in and out never had a problem. This is the old school reliable kind of doctor that we need more of. Get there at 7:45-8:00 am should be out by 9:00 am with your prescription. These other ratings with low stars are just people that want to be catered to and get mad at any little inconvenience. People that have been going to Dr. Garcia for years know how reliable he is.

Due to his staff his office is getting bad reviews although Dr Garcia is a great physician. Staffing is a huge problem the medical assistant that has been there over years is the worst one and very unprofessional. She rudely asks why someone is getting disability benefits when they younger in age . That’s not of your concern . To bad Dr Garcia doesn’t know how horrible his staff is , anyone that calls and complaints will never get to him because they never answer and there’s only 2 of them they won’t ever give him the message . I hope Dr Garcia hires better staffing soon

Dr. Garcia is a great doctor, if you don't think so then you don't no what a real doctor is. I've been treated by him for years.. for mental and physical issues. He gives you or try to get you the help you need. His staff is respectfully. Francess has been there the longest!! Has always been on point.

Called the first time this morning and I was hung up on after it rang. Called another 9 times no answer I have questions about scheduling an appointment for my son’s physical for his school which referred me to DR GARCIA
