M.D. Express Urgent Care - Yorktown

The nearly 2 hour wait wasn’t the problem for me. it’s the fact that the doctor rushed my visit after I paid 100$ out of pocket. he was in and out in less then 3minutes. I already knew I had an infection and he told me “you don’t need me to tell you, you have a infection” boy was he right, proscribed me enough for 5days which today being the first day I can already tell won’t be enough time on any medication to have a full effect for me. It seems like a scam to get me to keep going back and paying more. Edit I had to go get more meds. healthcare professionals are a joke the system is clearly a scam, they run it like any business, They want repeat customers.

I normally don’t come to this one. But since the other locations are usually crowded I decided hey why not…as I am a patient of Riverside I’d give this location a try, and made an appointment to be seen. As we all know, these signs are posted conspicuously throughout all locations. Cool, but as we all also know…the staff gets to see all of their patients chart information before we even get to see them. Meaning you know my demographics staff before I even know your name. So with that being said, the moment I walked inside of this location, I felt the passive aggressive energy. And I already knew that this visit would be everything but a pleasant one. The PA who took care of me was nice. But the assistants from the front office to the back office were being VERY nice nasty. And I can only s

I had an appointment at the clinic at 5:25, and I informed them that I would be two minutes late. However, I arrived on time after a journey that took more than an hour. Upon arrival, I was told that the delay required an additional payment, even though I had already paid in advance. This is unfair treatment and needs to be reviewed by the staff

We came here tonight for an ankle injury. We were seen promptly, and our visit lasted an hour. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.

Pretty sure this place just shoves you in a room and then forgets you to make your lobby look not crowded because there is absolutely nothing urgent about this place. We sat in the room waiting for a doctor now for over 30 minutes and still no doctor has come in... there were only 3 ppl in the lobby when we got here.
