I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by one of the MST LISA TOLAN at the hospital. From the very beginning, she demonstrated genuine compassion, professionalism, and dedication to my mother and to the hole family! During what was a stressful and uncertain time for our family, she consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort and understanding. Went to ER with my Husband February 23,2026. He definitely has a health history. The ER doctor was the WORST. We could not have received worse care. Husband had breathing issue and chest pains. Doc never even examined him or held a stethoscope to him. Gave him 3 breathing treatments and sent him home. (But his breathing and vitals plummeted after each breathing treatment wore off?) Yes I've documented.

Emily the physician assistant in the emergency room deserves the upmost respect any and every time but for right now the holiday season especially. It did take awhile for me to get seen and taken care of in the emergency room but that is to be expected with a room full of patients. It is not her fault it took all day for me to get stitched up and sent home because when she got there like as soon as she arrived to work she took care of my problems in a timely manner and not to mention her display of kindness, empathy, and knowledge of her job even though stiches are a basic procedure I appreciate her greatly. I had an accident and went to Seacoast through the ER. My experience was very good. Dr Mandel came into the hospital on a Saturday to operate on my ankle. I greatly appreciate this!! All of my nurses and nursing assistants were good, but Nancy, a nursing assistant on the 2nd floor went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed to get home safely. She is caring and works very hard for her patients.

I went in for an outpatient procedure today. It’s hard to put into words how wonderful the staff was! Dr. Mao and his staff, Kari, Margie, Jennifer, and everyone! Pro’s all the way! The level of care I received was top shelf! Thanks to the staff and McLeod Seacoast Hospital!
