FYI I have very high standards! I’ve had countless massages around the world and Lauren is truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Her technique flows effortlessly, and she finds and works out knots at their core. I’ve been seeing her biweekly for back and neck issues, and each session brings real relief and helps me move toward recovery. I’m so grateful to have found her, and to have Maxwell nearby!!

Olivia is an extremely skilled practitioner. I’m a massage therapist myself, and I can say with authority she’s one of the best in the city. She’s warm, kind, and professional. She has enthusiasm for massage work and knows how to make changes to bodies with a touch that’s gentle but effective. I enjoyed my session with her immensely. I also really like the clinic she works out of— it’s modern, clean, has cold filtered water available, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. And I found easy street parking in the same block (only cost a couple bucks). Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic massage experience with Lauren Herring. She applied just the right amount of pressure—not too intense to cause discomfort, but firm enough to bring real relief. I didn’t have to give much direction—she intuitively found the trigger points and focused on them with care. She wasn’t in a rush and took the time to isolate and work on each muscle group. I also mentioned some tension in my jaw, and she addressed it with great skill, providing noticeable relief. Highly recommend!
