Rich (owner) at MaxEar is fantastic. He listened to concerns regarding my severe asymmetric hearing loss and set realistic expectations for what hearing aids and the proper programming could achieve. He spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone reviewing my case history leading up to the office consultation. He explained different options and created a roadmap for my long-term hearing care. Prior to the consultation, he imported all my audiograms going back several years to get a complete picture. After the consultation, I never felt pressured to decide. Unlike many hearing aid specialist and audiologist that only partner with one or two brands, MaxEar is relatively brand agnostic wanting to fit me with the correct device for my specific hearing needs.
