My initial appointment with Doctor Ots at the Green Bay Neurosurgical Clinic was and still is a wonderful positive experience. Scheduling my first appointment a month ago was done in a caring, timely, informational, and professional manner. Doctor Ots and support staff were well done at determining and assessing the various conditions I have dealt with for some time. They took time to listen with me, and also review my numerous medical/health information items. They also shared specific findings and various treatment option considerations, as well as follow up measures including communications. I was/am very impressed and greatly trust Doctor Ots, the various support physicians, staff and the entire Neurosurgical Clinic along with the many treatment related treat services available.

As of February 15, nothing has changed from when I visited your office. You outlined a plan of what you were going to do. So far, I have had one injection, with a two and half hour relief. Then i had to set up a schedule for PT which I already did last fall. Meanwhile I am scheduled for three more weeks of therapy. My therapist has told me that he cannot help me. I am scheduled for the second set of injections on February 26. I have a very difficult time walking and doing any housekeeping. I thought it might be the insurance. I called my insurance man and explained what was going on. I told him they are making me jump through hoops!! He said with the Mutual of Omaha Plan I have, that should not be happening. Dr. Ots did my back surgery, he was absolutely fantastic, excellent surgeon and a very caring doctor. I’m recovering from the surgery and each day gets better, I would recommend him to anyone. Great bedside manner and answers questions in easy to understand language

Dr Ots was great! He went over my tests and explained everything to me. He and his staff took their time with me and did not rush me. His staff is wonderful and professional and I felt heard when I asked questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Neurosurgeon.
