Charles is an expert in positional release technique, it goes beyond surface level tension and corrects neurological pathways that control muscle function, an amazing way to help the body become more balanced and reduce pain. The best teacher in Knoxville as well, i would go to nobody else for law, ethics, and business classes. Always an engaging and informative, yet relaxed environment. 10/10!

I took a Positional Release class with Charles a few months ago, and that class has completely transformed my practice. Charles is an excellent instructor, and the Positional Release techniques are fabulous. I have adopted this in to my practice and it has made an awesome difference for my clients, but also has reduced my own wear and tear a bunch. It is completely opposite of what I have always believed was effective treatment, but it works -on every body. My cop client says it is "sorcery" ! Kudos to you Charles West, and Thanks So Much for the class.

Charles west is an excellent teacher. He has a very balanced views of western and eastern practices that can be hard to find. He explains things scientifically but not that you need a PhD to understand, But also incorporates energy work, acupressure and such but doesn't come off as preachy /forceful as I've found others to be. I'd recommend every therapists take his courses no matter your background your sure to learn something outside your wheelhouse.

Charles has worked on me and several of my friends and co-workers. He is an excellent massage therapist -a good choice for sports related issues too. He is versed in acupressure and micro current stimulation. Thanks for your good work Charles.
