Massage Works

Did not allow me to use the restroom before the massage, did not tell me to take jewelry off, did not give me bolsters for my chest, took jewelry off mid massage, lost an earring and got knots in necklace. Defensive about feedback, and did not give me one second extra time, because he said he had another client coming, but no other client ever came because i went back to look for my earring and no one was there and housekeeping said no one was in or out after me. Nails were jagged and breath was not fresh. Do not recommend.

What an incredible experience! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the serene and relaxing massage itself, everything was perfect. It's clear that Kevin genuinely cares about his clients' comfort. A truly five-star experience that I can't wait to continue.

With limited options through insurance, I tried MW twice with different LMTs. They both were VERY systematic - one was deep tissue (as requested for both) and one was not. I did not feel that either could sense areas of tightness or knots…as the “system” seemed more important.

It has been so great going here. They are very responsive to messages. Inviting office and friendly therapists. I have seen a couple different therapists and had positive experiences every time. I leave feeling relaxed and reset.

Kevin with Massage Works is the best there is. Every time I leave from my massage I feel remarkably better than I did when I come in. Kevin is professional, kind, observant, and an amazing massage therapist. And as a whole, Massage Works is clean with an amazing staff and always very helpful receptionist. I couldn't be happier with all the experiences I've had at Massage Works over the years.
